How You Define Your Body Can Melt Fat Or Put Fat On Your Body

So imagine this...

You've just woken up and are about to get your day started. You step into your closet and put some clothes up to your body in preparation for wearing just the right outfit for the day.

When you look at yourself, how do you define your body?

-Thin
-Beautiful
-Fit
-Light

Yeah right! If these aren’t the exact words, but what you say is relatively close, then fantastic – you know that your body is in alignment. Which is why you are looking and feeling much better.

I see it time and time again as a weight loss coach, where people share with me that they’d like to slim down.  Yet, from the time they wake up they are screaming at themselves that they are fat, ugly, don’t deserve thinness. Plus, it’s not just their words. Their actions don’t model thinness either.

Here’s what I hope I inspire within you this week:

  1. Define how you want to look and feel.
  2. Once defined, begin speaking, acting and getting your self-talk aligned you’re your desired way you’d like to look and feel.
  3. Any time you think your “old” thoughts or speak those “old” phrases, tell yourself to knock it off because you are creating a beautiful body – one that deserves to look and feel its best.

REMEMBER – if you’d like to see quick weight loss results and end overeating, it’s critically important that you remember that your words and actions today will directly affect the size and shape of your body. The kinder, more gentle you are, the better you’ll look and feel.

You can't bash your body and expect greatness.
