Is It Possible For a Fitness Guru and Lazy ME To Help You Get Results? Listen To This Podcast and Let Me Know!
One of my favorite fitness gurus is Scott Tousignant. A lot of people I encounter in the fitness and diet world are a bit meat-heady - with very strict guidelines as to what to eat and how to exercise. Well, if you know me at all - telling me what to eat and exactly how to exercise makes me run to the fridge and pile on 70 pounds, so that just doesn't work for me.
Scott is different.
He knows the fitness industry, he’s able to stick with various diets that meet his standards (yeah – he’s one of the 2% of people who are able to stick with a diet - not sure how he does it, but gotta love him for it), and yet he has a softness, a kindness and a realness to him that I love and I've always respected.
Earlier this month Scott contacted me to see if I was interested in conducting regular podcasts this year to discus the naturally thin lifestyle, and provide you with action steps that you can immediately implement into your day.
It's Scott - how can I say no?
Here's what I figure: if you can take away some naturally thin tips from me and also learn some fat burning techniques from Scott, you’ll want to kiss me for helping you see rockin’ results.

So what does this fitness guru want with a naturally thin way of thinking, eating and living?
What’s interesting, is that without even knowing it, Scott has been following a naturally thin lifestyle. Effortlessly! His wife, Angie, basically lives definition of a naturally thin lifestyle. She’s very active and she’s a mindful eater who listens to her body. She doesn’t restrict herself from eating some junk foods that she enjoys and she rarely over-indulges when she does eat junk food. In fact, Angie has only followed one diet program her entire life, which was a time when Scott created a fun little challenge for them.

So, without even knowing it - Scott and Angie have been able to enjoy slim and trim bodies without heavy food rules - and Scott, got excited and thought we should connect.
