2.Introduce New Foods in Your Diet.
Often times when we eat, we eat the same things week after week. We go to the supermarket and buy the same vegetables, fruits, dairy, meat, fish, and snacks. Your body may need some new nutrients to shed those last pounds and in order to do so, introducing new food items may just do the trick. Try vegetables you never try and roast them. Try new types of foods like Thai, Japanese, Korean, Ethiopian, Indian, Vietnamese, Mexican and so much more. Get out of your comfort zone and just try some new food. Your body will thank you.
3. Nod Off Earlier
Sleep is important to regulating your hormones that are big players in weight management.A 2010 University of Chicago showed two groups – one who slept just five hours a night and one that slept eight or more hours per night. The results showed that both groups lost weight, but the group that enjoyed more sleep, enjoyed more fat loss!
