I'm starting to feel like myself again! It's been a week since surgery and I'm now finally feeling excited to start working with some new clients and prepare some new exciting bonus gifts for my gold members.
Today it's as real as it gets. I'm sharing a video with you from recovering in bed. I know, the posture and positioning isn't great, but I hope it inspires you to really tune into your body and listen to what it's telling you….
Whether you're like me and you had an ovarian cyst removed or it's simply feeling the chronic pain of weight gain – listen to what your body needs. Find someone who can help you and don't give up until you find relief!
In Love and Health,
Marna
P.S. Thank you for all your kind emails and well wishes. I also loved learning about your surgeries :). It helped me recover, so thank you.
Glad to hear you’re doing so well…yay! Great advice too. Sending wishes for a speedy recovery and for good health to you!
Thank you so much Cherie!
Happy to know you are on the mend. As for listening to your body — it does take time to recover so take the time you need. Anesthesia used to take weeks to really clear out of your body’s tissues. Now they have newer, faster-acting, ones that aren’t as bad. My first two surgeries, I had recovered and was back to work for a couple of months before suddenly realizing I finally wasn’t dragging through every day (and overeating, of course). Several years later when I had a couple more, I got my energy back much sooner — may that be your experience. So I hope you’ll soon be back on your feet and back to your busy life-style.
So glad that you are on the road to recovery!!! So good to see your beautiful face!!!
Oh Lynne, you’re so good at making me blush. Thank you so much and I hope you are doing well too.
I am very happy to see you are doing so well! Your advise about hearing our body is very wise.
You are a blessing every time you talk. Marna.
