Here's the thing, naturally thin people, those skinny people I'm always talking about that never struggle with weight, have precise thoughts and ways of thinking about their body.

Just as, those that struggle with weight have questions and thoughts that don't support them.

When you make the transition from fat thinking to thin thinking, you MUST change the questions you ask yourself. Thinner questions equates to a thinner body!
