Do you love coffee like I do? I don't need anything fancy; I just love Starbucks blonde coffee. But as of late I've been finding that when I drink coffee, I feel so tired afterwards and then I crave more.

Caffeine speeds up your heart rate and metabolism, but what I've recently learned is that consistent caffeine (drinking it every day like I like to drink it) acts like constant stress on your body, and it raises your cortisol levels which makes you more efficient at storing FAT.
I don't know about you, but I'm already pretty good at storing fat and as I get older I certainly don't need any help in that department 🙂
