What does healthy mean to you?

We throw the word “healthy” around all the time; almost to the point that we don’t really connect to what HEALTH actually means.

To get clear about what you want out of a ‘healthy’ life, answer these two questions…

1. What is causing you frustration in how you look?
2. What is causing you frustration in how you feel?

Let’s say you said that your larger stomach and your energy level are the two things causing you to feel down, frustrated and unhappy.

Great! From this place we can define that health would be feeling smaller in your belly area and experiencing greater energy.

Then we can create a plan for you to have a smaller stomach and more energy. This is what we do for clients – it's actually what we LIVE for!

So today I’d like to inspire you to think about what “healthy” really means to you. What is a healthier life look like you can define that by getting clear of one or two things you’d like to change?

From this place you can take small steps to get you to where you want to go. NOTE: Start small. If you want to become an athlete, but haven’t worked out in years, then start with something like a couch to 5k race. Start little by little so that you can see positive changes in your health and then reward yourself!!!

You deserve health and so does your body!
