Today I'm so excited for you to let me show you why mindset has everything to do with being the weight you want to be.

Here are three mindset shifts you should implement today –

1. Get clear about what you desire for your body and hold on to that vision. Do you want to be 135 pounds, maybe a size 10, or perhaps your goal is to create a healthy and peaceful relationship with food?

Whatever your goal is for your body and health, get clear of what it is you want. Don't let your mind bob all over the place – get clear, write it out and give yourself two weeks to stick to this mental goal.

Then…

2. Start living into this person that you want to be.

If you want to be 135 pounds wearing cute jeans and trendy bold tops, great. Go buy jeans and fun tops that are super cute that make you feel amazing now, and begin acting-as-if you are that 135 person. 

Interact with food as you imagine a 135 person interacts with food, tell yourself how great you look and how proud you are of yourself for working to become 135 pound person. Stop saying you want to be 135 pounds or whatever your goals is, and start BEING that person. This is how you will rewire your brain to be that person – by being it. Your life will transform with this one mindset shift alone – but you have to do it!

3. Finally, I want you to STOP telling yourself what you haveto eat, what you should eat, what you need to eat. When you do this, you feel controlled by these words and nobody I've ever worked with likes being controlled, and I'm sure you don't either.



The SWITCH: Start asking yourself what you want to eat, how you want to feel, what weight you want to be at.Put the power back in you versus giving away your power to what you think you should eat, what you must eat, and how you should be. YUCK!
