I woke up this morning feeling so excited to be over this cold I’ve had all week.
I have to say that I got a little frustrated last week when I wasn’t able to provide you
all with the Stop Feeding Your Feelings training because I was so sick.

I want to thank all of you who reached out to me last week when I was feeling sick.
I’m now health and can’t wait to teach how to Stop Feeding Your Feelings this
THURSDAY.

But first, before even doing the training, I want to make sure you are crystal clear
as to whether or not you are an emotional eater.

You may think you’re not and you are or you may think you are and you’re not.

So, I’ve provided for you the criteria that determines whether or not you
struggle
with emotional eating…

 
Are you an emotional eater?

▪  Do you eat more when you’re feeling stressed?

▪  Do you eat when you’re not hungry or past feeling full?

▪ Do you eat to feel better (to calm and soothe yourself when you’re sad, mad, bored, anxious, etc.)?

▪  Do you reward yourself with food?

▪  Do you regularly eat until you’ve stuffed yourself?

▪  Does food make you feel safe? Do you feel like food is a friend?

▪  Do you feel powerless or out of control around food?

 

If you are an emotional eater, then Thursday’s call is precisely what you need to begin to break out of this cycle and move into better control and comfort with your body and live.
