1. Build out your online subscriber list.
If you don't have a list of potential customers you will be beating your head against the wall, you will CONTINUOUSLY have to go to a million networking events (like I used to do), and you will have to do new marketing activities to replenish your new list of clients over and over – making this way too draining of your time and energy.
When I got married and had children – I had a list and made money. I was able to focus on other priorities because I had a list. I swear it saved me!
Everyone – Oprah, Tony Robbins, Dr. Oz, and anyone else you love who's making money knows that the money is in the list – and it is!
2. Know what your list wants and needs
As you're growing out your list of subscribers, it's imperative that you connect with them and understand their wants and needs. When you do you can build coaching programs around their desires – and when you do, you easily get clients. Surveying your list at least once a year will help you to understand your subscribers. You will find that what you think they want and what they actually want may be sooooo different.
Stay connected to these wonderful subscribers that love you and learn how they want more of you.
3. Lastly, you need to know how to enroll or sell.
It's true. I know, we get on this career path to help people look and feel better – not to learn sales. But unless you do, you'll be broke, frustrated and you won't be helping people who truly need you.
